Why it exists
Much pharmaceutical analysis still runs on spreadsheets and repetitive manual steps, or on software that is costly or hard to get. The underlying methods are usually well established. What’s missing is a simple way to apply them.
Biopharma Foundry fills that gap with practical tools that make specific analytical tasks easier to run and understand, whether as a web application, an API or a Python library.
How we build
Purpose-built
One defined problem per tool, not every possible use case.
Transparent
Inputs, assumptions and calculations are visible, and the methodology is documented, so results can be understood and not just read off.
Accessible
Free to use, in whichever format suits the task.
A documented method isn’t automatically right for every situation. Validation, context and professional judgment still matter. Documentation just makes them easier to assess.
